CUMMINGS GROWTH SOLUTIONS

Turn paving inquiries into clearer next steps.

A driveway inquiry and a commercial parking-lot bid need different conversations. CGS helps paving contractors follow up, qualify project needs and arrange the next estimate or site visit around the work they want to win.

Follow up after the paving quote goes out

A prospect who requested pricing may still be comparing scope, waiting on approval or working toward a later project date. CGS can revisit suitable unsold estimates, ask whether the project remains active and identify the next decision. We do not assume silence means rejection—or claim an old bid will turn into revenue.

Qualify the project before a site visit

An agreed paving workflow may confirm the property location, residential or commercial use, requested work, approximate scope, desired timing and the person responsible for approval. Resurfacing, replacement, repairs, sealcoating and hardscape are distinct services. Your team decides what it offers and what requires an on-site assessment.

Reach the right commercial contacts

For commercial prospecting, targeting might focus on property management firms, facility operators or businesses responsible for paved surfaces in your territory. Research and messaging should reflect the property type and the services you provide. A named contact is not a confirmed project, so interest and fit must still be established.

Respect crew capacity and project timing

The follow-up plan should reflect your operating season and your current ability to quote and deliver work. We agree on territory, job criteria, calendar rules and how urgent inquiries are handed off. CGS does not promise installation dates, project pricing or site suitability on your behalf.

Track conversations through to the next decision

Clear reporting separates outreach, responses, qualified projects, booked site visits and the outcomes your team reports afterward. This makes it easier to see whether the issue is reaching decision-makers, getting a visit scheduled or converting a quote after the visit.

Paving service questions

Can you follow up on old paving bids?

Yes. We review the records and exclusions with you, then check whether the project is still active and whether a new conversation is appropriate.

Does this cover residential and commercial paving?

It can cover either. We build separate targeting and qualification criteria around your actual work rather than using the same message for every property owner.

Will you guarantee paving contracts?

No. CGS does not guarantee contracts or appointment volume. Pricing, site assessment, availability and closing remain with your business.

Discuss your current follow-up process

CGS is accepting founding-client conversations. Start with your territory, current lead sources and the work you want to book. We will discuss fit and scope without promising results that have not been demonstrated.
